Monica Jane Carter, of Muscatine, Iowa, passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 40.
Born on November 10, 1985, Monica shared meaningful connections with family members, friends, and many others in the community.
Loved ones remember Monica with respect, warmth, and care during this difficult time.
Monica was preceded in passing by grandparents Alice and Hooker, uncle Bryan Wheeler, and great-grandparents Alice, James Hooker, Marie, and Chester Wheeler.
Monica is survived by spouse Daniel Carter, mother Tina Djumaev with Brian, siblings Courtney Beesley with Corey and Zack Beesley, nephews Landen, Leeland, and Lunden, along with several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation will take place on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home, 1931 Houser St, Muscatine, IA 52761.
